Your password is one-way encrypted so only you can access your account. Use a unique password at least 8 characters long, mixing letters, numbers and symbols.

Optional but recommended: enable 2FA in Settings > Security to add a verification step when you log in from a new device.

Transaction Logs

Every deposit, withdrawal and wager is recorded in your Account > History. Review any transaction and report discrepancies to support within 30 days.

Payment Method Security

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers are encrypted. boss 177 never stores your payment app credentials—only transaction records tied to your account.

Open Account Settings > Close Account and follow the steps. We will pause your access immediately, pay out any balance to your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account within 24 hours, and mark your account as inactive. Your data is retained per our seven-year audit policy.

Your payment credentials are never stored by boss 177. Each deposit or withdrawal sends an encrypted token to your payment app—you see the confirmation on your phone and our system records only the transaction ID, not your payment details.
